Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into the shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided in your email.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner's portal.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
